Subscription license, here is a general guide to purchase, payment and delivery.

Legacy License Users

Legacy license is a permanent license which we terminated their sales on 31th January 2021. Plug-in data for this type of license is for Adobe Illustrator CS6-2020. If you are legacy license users, you can still use these plug-ins as long as you keep the applicable computer and Adobe Illustrator compatible with the data. However, we ended technical support for the legacy license on 30th September 2021. Therefore, we are afraid that use of legacy data shall be at your own risk.

If you are now with Adobe Illustrator 2021/2022/2023, please kindly consider to purchase our subscription licenses.

Pricing

The subscription contract and payment will be annual. The contract will be automatically renewed. Every year the payment will be processed automatically by your registered credit card unless you cancel subscriptions.

How to Purchase

Online Store

Plug-in products are available only at Baby Universe Online Store.

For Distributors

Basically, we do not set a price for distributors. Therefore, if you are a distributor, please purchase from our online store with your end user’s information. Nevertheless, if you are interested in a continuous partnership with us, please contact us. The partnership contract may have some requirements.

Delivery and Return Policy

After payment is completed, you will receive a serial number and ID by email. You need them for authentication of the plug-in. Since the items you receive are information, we are afraid that we can not accept any return / change with your personal reasons.
