When user uploaded text or images on the BU-SER net, those information's copyrights are transferred to BABY UNIVERSE inc. We have right to copy, reproduct, translate and transfer. When user uploaded or input image, text or other information, considered to accept those copyright transfer.

User has to be agreed and obey Policy and agreement above to use BU-SER net. When user used BU-SER net, we will consider the user have read and agreed those policy and agreements.

1. Input data (images and texts) are copyrighted by written user itself. Written user has to have right to copy, reproduces, translate and transfer. User can write information (image and text) only if condition above. Also, when user uses information which copyright is not under user itself, User have to have permission to use those information for user itself. We will not take any responsibility for any loss or damages.

2.Our Company or other company, which permitted from our company, can use user's written information in BU-SER net. In this condition, we might cut, resize and other editing. Also, in this condition, we might omit copyright display.

3.When other company or person uses BU-SER net. Users content, copyright effects in locally or internationally. Also, we will permit those company or person until copyrights expired. And there is no royalty or other consideration.

4. We will not take any responsibilities loss or damages, when our company or permitted company or person uses BU-SER's contents.
