How to Use BU-SER net
1) Information for Buttons
(A) Register Button
(B) Log-in&Log-out Button
(C) New Thread Button
(D) Comment Button
(E) Modify information Button
2) BU-SER net Top Page.
When you enter BU-SER net. from Support page, you will see pages displayed above. In this window, you can search thread, Sing-in to community, Log-in, Making new thread, write comments to thread, and change member's information. Thread will displayed left side, and Search result is right.
3) Register to BU-SER net.
BU-SER is the community made by the user. Non-registered user can make thread and write comments. (but need to be certificate by the administrator.) To read comments for the thread which you made, you need to register to BU-SER. When you become registered BU-SER user, you can make thread and write comments without administrator's certification. Please click Register button (A) which is upper right side on the BU-SER window. When you click the register button, the register window will appear. Then please input your mail address, and password. Please read Policy and Rule carefully before using BU-SER net. After you conform your information, e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account. Please click the link which is written in e-mail. After these process, you can use BU-SER net. as you want. If you do not receive e-mail, please check e-mail address you have written, your written e-mail address might be wrong, or e-mail you have written can not be used in BU-SER net. In that case, please enter another e-mail address and try it again. If you have bought our product, please enter the e-mail address which has been used to buy our product.
4) Log-in to BU-SER net.
To Log-in to the BU-SER net. please click the Log-in button(B) which is at the right upper side in BU-SER window. When you click the Log-in button, Log-in window will appear. Please enter e-mail address and password which you have entered when you register and click the Log-in button. If you have entered wrong user ID or password, please re-entered it. If you forgot password, enter your user ID and click forgot password text, password will sent to your e-mail account. When you want to Log-out, please click the Log-out button which is at same place as a Log-in button.
5) Making Thread.
You can make a new thread for , what you want to know, what you want to say etc,.
1 At first, you have to chose where you want to make thread in Free space, Q&A, Comments, Apparel, OEM, etc.
2 Then you have to chose small category, new thread button (C) will be activated when you chose small category.
3 When you push the new thread icon, new thread window will appear, then please enter nick name and thread title. (Registered user do not need to enter nick name)
4 ・Next, push the make new thread button, then content input form will appear, so please enter contents in the form, when you finish writing, push submit button.
5 If you are a registered user, selected category will appear to thread. if you are non-registered user you have to wait for administrator's certification.
That is all for making new thread, However, ones you made thread can not be deleted, so check before when you write.
6) Writing comments.
When you find thread which you interested in, you can write comments or opinion to the thread.
1 Select thread which you want to write in.
2 Push the comment button(D) .
3 Comment form will appear, so please enter nick name, title, and comments or opinion.
4 If you are registered user your comments will appear as soon as you push post button, if you are non-registered user you have to wait for administrator's certificate.
That is all for writing comments. However, ones you wrote comments can not be deleted, so check before pushing submit button.
7) User information change and withdraw.
If you want to change your register information or withdraw from BU-SER net. user, push modify information button which is upper right side in BU-SER window. Then Information modify window will appear, you have to enter your information and process for withdrawal from BU-SER net. However, ones you withdraw from BU-SER net. can not use same information again.
