As you may know, a huge earthquake hit Japan, and Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant had stopped the service. As a consequence, the other prefectures have to save their energy in order not to fall into unplanned power failure. So Tokyo Electric Power Co. announced that some areas would be out of electric service, an area by an area, according to their plan.

Affected by the action, our web site will be out of service on the following schedule.
